How Do I Join?
Now there are TWO easy ways to join the ACFCU! You can call 212-246-3344 to set up an appointment, or you can take advantage of our new Member-By-Mail program.

What Do I Need?
For individual accounts, it's as easy as 1, 2, 3.

1.

Fill out an ACFCU membership form.

2.

Deposit a check or money order (no cash)

  • Minimum of $100 for a savings account.
  • Minimum of $500 for Money Market account .
  • CD or IRA minimum is $1000.
  • $500 balance requirement for checking to avoid low balance fee of $7.50 per month (ATM card provided with account).
3.

Pay a one-time membership fee of $10


To open an organization account, you ALSO need the following:

  • Corporate Resolution authorizing the opening of the account.
  • List of the organization's Board of Directors.
  • Copies of the organization's most recent budget and audit.

NOTES
  • All deposits are federally insured up to $100,000 by the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA)
  • Interest is NOT paid on savings accounts of less than $150.
  • Low balance fee of $1 per month charged if savings account falls below $100.
  • Low balance fee of $10 per month charged if Money Market falls below $500.
  • Low balance fee of $7.50 per month charged if checking falls below $500.
